Chicken Wrap à la Italian style

What you will need:

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless Chicken breast (portion depends on how much and how many people you will be serving)
  • Wrap, whole wheat (I personally prefer healthy whole wheat, but you may choose any kind of wrap)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Marinara Sauce tomato basil, Italian style
  • Mozzarella chesse (preferably, however you may use any type of cheese you like)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & Pepper for taste
  • Brush
  • Baking sheet

Easy and Simple Instructions:

  1. Prepare and cook chicken with seasonings
  2. Paste evenly a single Wrap with marinara sauce using brush
  3. Place cooked chicken on wrap
  4. Sprinkle evenly with cheese of your choice
  5. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the mix to moisten
  6. Easy sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese on wrap
  7. Roll up wrap from side end until it fully wrapped
  8. Place on baking sheet, and Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan Cheese
  9. Broil approximately for 20-25 minutes (or until golden brown) @ 350°
  10. Garnish with any fresh fruits of your choice !
