Mahi Mahi sauteed with herbs: healthy !

Good morning all !

Here is one of my healthy meal of all times:  Mahi Mahi, or also known as Dorado. Not only I absolutely LOVE to catch these, but also one of my favorites white fish of all times! Salmon, Halibut, Tuna, Swordfish, and Mahi Mahi.

Watch my video of my basic yet simple-to-follow cooking:

All you have to have is a healthy appetite and simply stay hungry !  Few pieces of Mahi Mahi, along with 1 tbsp of chives, onions, a couple of garlic cloves. Sauteed on medium heat pan, dab along with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For rub on Mahi Mahi, I used Red Wine Vinegar and salt & pepper to taste. Leave on low to medium heat, until Mahi Mahi color changes to brown and add freshly squeezed lemons (yes, I also used my own freshly picked Lemons from my own garden: )
Served with steamed rice, and green salad with low calorie dressing of your choice. Garnish with Sage, cucumber and tomato slices. I also used fresh Sage, freshly picked from my own garden. It can’t get fresher than this ! Enjoy …
