Good morning all !
Here is one of my healthy meal of all times: Mahi Mahi, or also known as Dorado. Not only I absolutely LOVE to catch these, but also one of my favorites white fish of all times! Salmon, Halibut, Tuna, Swordfish, and Mahi Mahi.

All you have to have is a healthy appetite and simply stay hungry ! Few pieces of Mahi Mahi, along with 1 tbsp of chives, onions, a couple of garlic cloves. Sauteed on medium heat pan, dab along with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. For rub on Mahi Mahi, I used Red Wine Vinegar and salt & pepper to taste. Leave on low to medium heat, until Mahi Mahi color changes to brown and add freshly squeezed lemons (yes, I also used my own freshly picked Lemons from my own garden: www.Garden.NickyEddy.com )
Served with steamed rice, and green salad with low calorie dressing of your choice. Garnish with Sage, cucumber and tomato slices. I also used fresh Sage, freshly picked from my own garden. It can’t get fresher than this ! Enjoy …
