What another amazing weekend spent ! Absolutely beautiful summer days …
Here is a refreshing, easy to make healthy meal of all times: Seared Ahi Tunas ! Also, we used freshly picked SAGE from our own very home garden. They can not get any fresher than this And were made in assortment of various ways: Seared Ahi Tunas with chopped almonds, honey teriyaki, brown sugar and soy sauce, and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese … Enjoy !

Lucky tunas ready to be “Seared Ahi” prepared in different ways !
Mix with rub and seasonings before searing on heat.
Leave only about 2 minutes on high set, for each side. As simple as that.
